The first time he took her hiking she hadn't brought the right shoes, it was snowing, they got wet, and overall it was a terrible experience. Michael told her he'd make it up to her and that they'd try again.A few months later Michael took Cheyen on that same hike and made sure it was a completely different experience for her. This time she was prepared and had the right shoes, it was sunny and warm, and they were both happy. Soon Cheyen would be happier still because on that hike Michael dropped to one knee and proposed, making that particular hike go down in history as the best one of her life.
