Eileen & Rico | Discovery Park Engagement

They met at work and were just friends. They talked about Notre Dame and the common friends they knew there, although they'd graduated the same year and had never met. When both Eileen and Rico happened to be single at the same moment the two jumped at the chance to see if they could make it work. Their love grew and  while seeing changes in jobs, school, and even a move across the country they've stayed each other's rock. Rico's proposal wasn't a complete surprise since they'd been together for awhile, but it didn't make it any less sweet- Rico proposing to Eileen and then rushing her off to make the dinner reservations he'd made to celebrate the momentous occasion.We loved meeting these two at Discovery Park on this first day of spring. The sun even popped out for a moment and Eileen's blue dress accompanied by their red blanket (which came in super handy since it was pretty chilly) made the perfect contrast to the greens and golds that surrounded this lovely couple.
