Carolyn & James | Ballard Locks Surprise Proposal

It was a gorgeous day. The sun was shining, a musician was playing softly, and James’ plan had been smoothly executed to get his girlfriend to the spot he wanted.

She said she knew it was coming, but never knew the exact moment. It was a great surprise! He popped down onto one knee, she said yes! and they had a sweet embrace before people at the park noticed what was happening and started applauding!
